Pop Up Beauty Pro operates a directory connecting customers with beauty professionals. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse the directory, submit a professional profile, contact us, or subscribe to a directory membership.

Information we collect

When you submit a profile, we collect your business name, your name, email address, city, state, beauty category, services, and any phone number, biography, booking link, Instagram link, video link, profile photo, or work photos you provide. We also record your contact visibility choices, permission to share the content, profile reference number, submission and update dates, review status, and email verification status.

For memberships, we receive payment and subscription information from Stripe, including checkout email, transaction or subscription identifiers, payment status, billing period, and cancellation or payment failure updates. Payment card details are entered with Stripe; our directory does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message.

How we use information

We use this information to review and manage profiles, display approved listings, verify email addresses, send service messages, match membership payments to profiles, handle support and refund requests, and protect the directory against misuse. Verification links expire after 24 hours. Submitting a profile does not automatically publish it.

What customers can see

An approved, published listing can show your business name, city and state, category, services, biography, photos, booking and Instagram links, and video link or player. Your name from the “Your name” field is used for review and is not included in the public listing. Your email and phone number are displayed only if you select their public visibility options. At least one public contact option is required: booking link, Instagram profile, public email, or public phone number.

Information you put inside your biography, photos, videos, business name, or linked pages may also identify you. Only submit media you have permission to share. Published information can be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Removing a listing cannot remove copies or search results held by third parties.

Services that help run the directory

Our website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare services for the application, database, and photo storage. Resend processes email addresses and service email content to deliver verification messages and registration notifications. Stripe processes payments and subscription management. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may maintain operational and security records under their own policies.

We use submitted information to operate this directory, not to sell personal information or supply it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to respond to a valid legal request, protect people, or address fraud or security issues.

Browsing, sign-in, and external content

Website hosting, security, and sign-in services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and cookies or similar identifiers needed for their services. Owner management uses ChatGPT sign-in and checks the signed-in email for authorized access. The directory does not add its own advertising trackers.

Videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or Instagram load after you choose the “Load video” button. Loading a video connects your browser to that provider, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Booking links, social media links, Stripe checkout, and the subscription portal lead to other services with their own privacy practices. Appointments and beauty services are arranged directly with the professional.

Storage, retention, and security

We store submitted profiles and photos for review and directory management. Unpublished profiles and their photos are restricted to authorized management access. We retain information while needed for the listing, membership, support, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping. Information is not automatically deleted when a subscription ends or a profile is hidden. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

To request access to your submitted details, corrections, a change to public contact options, withdrawal of a pending profile, or removal of your listing and associated information, email popupbeautypro@gmail.com. Include your profile reference number and send the request from your registration email when possible. We may ask for information to verify ownership before acting. Some payment, dispute, security, or other records may need to be retained after a removal request.

Listing removal and subscription cancellation are separate requests. To stop renewals, use Manage subscription or contact us for help. See our membership, cancellation, and refund policy for payment terms. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, API keys, or identity documents by email.
