Membership, cancellations & refunds.
Monthly membership
Pop Up Beauty Pro membership is $9.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Submit your professional profile for review before subscribing. Payment does not guarantee approval or automatically publish your profile.
If we decline your profile
If you have paid and Pop Up Beauty Pro declines your profile, we will issue a full refund of the membership payments collected for that declined profile and cancel the subscription to prevent future charges. Our team handles these refunds and cancellations manually in Stripe. Your profile will not be published.
Canceling an approved membership
You can cancel future renewals at any time through Manage subscription, using the email you used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your approved listing remains eligible through that period, and no refund is provided for that paid period when you voluntarily cancel an approved membership.
