Is it free to find a beauty professional?
Yes. Browsing the directory will be free. Customers pay their chosen professional directly for services.
Who can join the directory?
Beauty professionals across the United States, in all beauty categories. Submit your profile using our registration form. We review listings before publishing them.
Does Pop Up Beauty Pro handle appointments?
The directory is designed to connect customers with professionals. Appointments will be arranged through each professional’s own contact or booking link.
Will the membership price change?
The starting price is $9.99 per month. Pricing may change later. Any changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
How do I cancel my membership?
Manage your subscription securely with Stripe using the email you used at checkout. You can cancel future renewals, update your payment method, and view invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your approved listing stays eligible for the time you have paid for.
What happens if my paid profile is declined?
We will issue a full refund of membership payments collected for the declined profile and cancel the subscription to prevent future charges. Our team handles this manually in Stripe. For approved memberships, voluntary cancellation ends future renewals after your paid period, with no refund for that period. Read our membership policy.
